From Midlife, through Menopause to Well Beyond

Many people struggle with the midlife phase in life. This includes women who start the menopausal phase. Menopause is not an illness; it is a natural phase in your life.

Biological changes start with Peri-Menopause, which is the midlife phase and this then transitions into Menopause and then Beyond Menopause which is another phase in your life. Symptoms can be mild or severe. The course Menopause with Ease helps ease the symptoms, in this course I go deeper in many aspects about mindset, health, energy and mobility from today to well into the future.

When menopausal symptoms stop, your mind and body have changed and low hormone production still affects how you feel and how your body functions.
